Referrals and individuals seeking treatment may call the Admissions Office at (812) 526-2611 or (800) 397-9978 for a free confidential assessment.  Through this assessment using the American Society of Addictions Medicine (ASAM) criteria, the client’s clinical needs will be identified and an appropriate level of care will be determined.  Tara Treatment Center, Inc. provides a full continuum of services, including Detoxification, Residential, Transitional Residential, Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient. Specialized residential services are offered for men and women at separate locations, addressing gender specific issues.

Tara offers a sliding fee scale and participates as a preferred provider for many insurance plans.
